Selling Access: Hunter Biden’s Infamous Laptop

During October 2020, the U.S.’s oldest newspaper, The New York Post, published a series of reports about revelations coming from Hunter Biden’s laptop that he supposedly left at a Delaware repair shop in April 2019. Hunter being the son of the Democratic presidential candidate Joe Biden, the story had major implications for the 2020 election. However, reporting on the laptop quickly became heavily censored by the media and big tech. In March 2022, however, major media outlet The New York Times confirmed the existence of the laptop, thus vindicating the Post’s reporting. So what does it mean now that the laptop is confirmed? What were the contents of the laptop?

The initial report by the Post revealed Hunter introducing a major Ukrainian businessman to his father Joe Biden. The businessman, Vadym Pozharskyi, was a top executive at a Ukrainian energy firm, Burisma. Hunter was on the board of the firm making a reported salary of up to $50,000 a month. He was on the board from April 2014 to April 2019. Also on the board was (and still is, at the time of this writing) “former” CIA officer Joseph Cofer Black. Allegedly, Black was involved in pressuring the Ukrainian government to drop any investigation into Burisma. This CIA connection could be why 51 “intelligence experts” intentionally discredited the Hunter Biden laptop story. The email from Pozharskyi which reveals the meeting between him and Hunter’s father reads “Dear Hunter, thank you for inviting me to DC and giving an opportunity to meet your father and spent [sic] some time together. It’s realty [sic] an honor and pleasure.” It was sent on April 17, 2015. This reveals access to Joe Biden through his son Hunter’s business dealings. This is also likely why, per the Post:

Less than eight months after Pozharskyi thanked Hunter Biden for the introduction to his dad, the then-vice president admittedly pressured Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko and Prime Minister Arseniy Yatsenyuk into getting rid of Prosecutor General Viktor Shokin by threatening to withhold a $1 billion US loan guarantee during a December 2015 trip to Kiev.

‘I looked at them and said: I’m leaving in six hours. If the prosecutor is not fired, you’re not getting the money,’ Biden infamously bragged to the Council on Foreign Relations in 2018.

‘Well, son of a bitch. He got fired.’

Shokin has said that at the time of his firing, in March 2016, he’d made ‘specific plans’ to investigate Burisma that ‘included interrogations and other crime-investigation procedures into all members of the executive board, including Hunter Biden.’

When the Post dug further into the meeting with Pozharskyi, it was found his father Joe also met with Russian and Kazakh business associates at the same dinner with Hunter. The dinner took place in the private “Garden Room” at Café Milano, a restaurant in the Georgetown area only about 10 minutes away from the White House. Some of the reviews featured on the restaurant’s homepage:

“Cafe Milano has been a power center for diplomats, politicians, journalists, broadcasters, lobbyists, entertainers, and all who enjoy fine Italian food and gracious attentive service,” the website boasts. The point is, the dinner was a nice one designed to impress. From the Post: “The guest list prepared by Hunter three weeks before the Café Milano dinner included Russian billionaire Yelena Baturina and her husband, corrupt former Moscow mayor Yury Luzhkov, who since has died. Baturina wired $3.5 million on Feb. 14, 2014, to Rosemont Seneca Thornton LLC, a Delaware-based investment firm co-founded by Hunter and Devon Archer, a former adviser to Secretary of State John Kerry.” Why did a Russian oligarch wire $3.5 million to Hunter and Archer over a year before the Cafe Milano dinner? Archer has since been sentenced to over a year in prison for his role in a scheme to defraud a Native American tribe of some $60 million in bonds. The emails show that there was a cover story for the dinner: discussing food security. They also show that Joe Biden was to be at the dinner, but that that would remain a secret:

‘Ok – the reason for the dinner is ostensibly to discuss food security,’ writes Hunter on March 26 to Michael Karloutsos, son of the then-head of the Greek Orthodox Church.

‘Dad will be there but keep that between us for now. Thanks.’

Karloutsos replies: ‘Everything is between us. All good‎! … I know you mentioned your dad would probably join the dinner as well.’

The three officials from Kazakhstan who were invited to the Café Milano dinner included Marc Holtzman, then chairman of the country’s largest bank, Kazkommertsbank. He is currently Chairman of the Board of Directors of Bank of Kigali, Rwanda’s largest financial institution. He is a member of the World Economic Forum.

The initial report from the Post about the contents of the laptop also revealed some bizarre sexual disclosures. From the Post: “Other material extracted from the computer includes a raunchy, 12-minute video that appears to show Hunter, who’s admitted struggling with addiction problems, smoking crack while engaged in a sex act with an unidentified woman, as well as numerous other sexually explicit images.” Interestingly, as reported by ZeroHedge, the Post report “included a curious piece of evidence – a photograph of an FBI subpoena which bears the signature of the agency’s top child porn investigator, special agent Joshua Wilson.” This raises the possibility that there is child pornography on Hunter’s laptop, and that the FBI is either investigating this or covering it up.

As the DailyMail reported, the laptop revealed Hunter’s depravity. He allegedly spent $21,000 on an adult “live cam” site, and $11,400 in a strip club in a single night. Photographs show him apparently smoking crack cocaine from a pipe and engaging in sex acts with unidentified women.

The emails on the laptop also revealed connections with what was at one time China’s largest energy company, CEFC China Energy Company. Based on the contents of one email, Hunter met with Ye Jianming, the founder of CEFC who has been under detention in China since March 2018 on charges of bribery, in Miami in order to sweeten the terms of an earlier, three-year consulting contract with CEFC that was to pay him $10 million annually “for introductions alone.” Ye “had ties to the Chinese military and intelligence service” according to the Post. A CNN report on Yi revealed his ties to the Chinese government and even the CIA, through his company’s NGO the China Energy Fund Committee. Yi also supposedly gifted Hunter a 2.8 carat diamond. Was the money and gift used to bribe Hunter for access to Joe Biden, who at the time was Vice President of the United States and is now President?

All this is to say that the media and intelligence community colluded to censor a story that should have been devastating for Joe Biden’s presidential campaign. Hunter selling access to his father Joe could mean that U.S. policy is based on the highest bidders. Biden’s connections with intelligence agencies could be why the media is mostly silent on the laptop story. There are additional, potentially major issues with Hunter not related to this particular laptop, such as a possible link to human trafficking or his stake in a Chinese company that was sanctioned for human rights abuses, but this article is focused on the laptop.
